Keep a Food Log

Many pregnancy symptoms, such as heartburn and digestive issues, are related to the foods you are eating and typically make an appearance during your second trimester. Start a food log to keep track of what you are eating to help identify any foods that make your symptoms flare up. Tracking what you eat is also an easy way to make sure you are gaining a healthy amount of weight and getting the nutrients you need to accommodate your growing baby (and a fun way to track your cravings). Try incorporating some of these pregnancy superfoods into your diet for maximum nutrition.
